Description
This CR builds on 6229194 (providing/correcting runpath for Linux and Solaris builds of Java SE) and 6367072 (Linux JVM's elimination of LD_LIBRARY_PATH usage) to allow the launcher to avoid an exec to set up LD_LIBRARY_PATH values. It might relate to 6367074 (JVM freeing libraries of distinctions between JVM versions like "compiler1" and "compiler2").

Comments
EVALUATION Should be fixed.
