Reproduce
1. Install jdk1.5.0_06 on Solaris 10/Sparc/zh_CN or zh_TW
2. Lanuch ControlPanel from jdk1.5.0_06/bin/ControlPanel
3. Click 'Advance' tab
4. Click 'Command to Lanuch default browser'
5. Mnemonic for 'Browse...' button does not work
