Description
when running a WebStart app, it would be really good if there were a gesture 
available to open the console at run-time (for example a control key combination 
in the app window, or something of the like) rather than having to change a 
setting in ControlPanel in advance - again an ease-of-use feature would be
appreciated.

EVALUATION This is a request for a new feature in dolphin. One way we discussed in dolphin planning meetings to do this was to put the system tray icon up whenever a webstart app is running. The icon menu would have an "open console" submenu that would list all the running webstart application and be able to open the console for any of them.
