Description
All of the windows-amd64 platforms already have the Windows Installer 2.0 engine. However, our WI2.0 installers are bundling up the engines, which adds 3MB to their size. We should fix this asap for Java 5.0uX and Java 6.

EVALUATION We need to add a new media type that doesn't bundle up the WI2.0.
