The current JCE signing cert will expired on Oct 29 2007.
It should probably be renewed for Mustang.
Ideally, we should fix this before shipping beta.

Valerie went ahead and issued the new certificate over the weekend, assigning this
bug to her.

Try to address when Dasho supports v50 class files.

We could probably wait on this until closer to expiration, but might as well get it
started now. Will need to talk to Valerie/Sharon to see how previous certificate
was issued.
