Description
During the download part of the iftw installation, the progress bars only get updated when a cab file is finished downloading. Some of our cab files are up to 2-3MB in size. During this 2-3MB download, the progress bar will pause for a long time. This is a Microsoft MSI bug that we have no control over. We should have some text warning users about this.

I just witnessed Microsoft's Windows CE toolkit install, and they actually add this text to the progress bar: "Downloading files (expect pauses as cabinet files are downloaded). We should use the same text.
