Description
Tested OS : Windows
Tested Jdk : Tiger Update 2 build 09

Steps to reproduce :
===================
1. Install Tiger Update 2 b09 JRE Patch bundle (jre-1_5_0_02-windows-i586-p.exe)
2. Go to jre1.5.0_02/bin
A file named msvcrt.dll will be available.
3. Install Tiger Update 2 b09 JRE bundle (jre-1_5_0_02-windows-i586.exe)
check for the file msvcrt.dll under jre1.5.0_02/bin. It will not be available.

Expected Behaviour : msvcrt.dll should not get created

EVALUATION It seems like the patch-jre.exe patcher is creating the msvcrt.dll file even though the installer isn't installing it. I'm going to add a command to the patch.cmd file to ignore the patching of the msvcrt.dll. There is no need to patch this file because it never changes. ###@###.### 2005-03-09 17:43:56 GMT
