Description
Tested on s10_73, viewing man pages for some of commands in jdk in Japanese locale will show 2 or 1 unnecessary lines at the very beginning such as:

rights reserved. Copyright 2004 Sun Microsystems, Inc. Tous
     droits rservs.
or
Copyright 2004 Sun Microsystems, Inc. Tous droits rservs.

Observed this in ja_JP.UTF-8 and ja_JP.eucJP with commands man java and man javaws.
This problem doesn't occur when used C locale or Solaris9.
