Description
On windows platform
First, user launch jnlp application then this app will be added to Add or Remove Programs list. If app vendor change the title attribute in jnlp file and end user launch this app again, there is another app added to Add or Remove Programs list with new title. And the old app can't be removed by Add/Remove button.
