A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
During the JRE installation, users would like the option of replacing the old JRE version with the current version. Currently users must uninstall the old version of the JRE and then install the new version. These two steps can be combined during the installation.

JUSTIFICATION :
As more and more users upgrade to the new version of the JRE through Java Update feature, incidents from Java.com are showing that they are unhappy with multiple versions of the JRE showing up in the Add/Remove program control panel. Users are requesting the optioni to replace the old version with the new version during the installation.
