Description
Configure the javax.jnlp interfaces to be available to applets loaded with the plugin, and well as throught Java Web Start apps.
Most of the API's can be supported in full in both product, though there may be some (such as the SingleInstanceService) who's implementation may differ or be dummyed out in the plugin case.
