Test Cases 12-16 for resizing do not behave as expected...Reducing the Browser size crops the animation..however the animation needs to reduce in size alongwith the number of spokes.

EVALUATION Changes made in MNetscapePluginObject ignores resize event when applet is not started. ###@###.### 2004-05-25 Although this fix is low risk, it will not make the Tiger timeframe.
