Description
Giving a separator between menu items(with windows L&F) in java produces far
less space between menu items than in native.
Have a look at attached image: M_MI_SeparatorCmp.PNG
This image clearly shows the difference of putting a separator in java menuitem
and in native windows XP.

EVALUATION the fix for this bug introduced a regression: 6547087 [JPopupMenu.Separator getPreferredSize throws NullPointerException]

EVALUATION 5.0u12 backport for 6432667 [Vista: Menu dropdown differs while compare with naitve in vista laf.] has this bug fixed too.
