Support info (Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Java 2 RE (click here for support info)) on Chinese XP (TW locale) is incorrect and displays bad chars for "contact" and "comments" fields.

EVALUATION We have identified the cause for this bug. InstallShield resource files ISString.idt contains 2 garbled messages. We will fix it in tiger.
