Description

Name: fb126949 Date: 08/19/2003

This is the Solaris-specific follow-up to
4233634 RFE: Java Sound should allow / support multi-channel audio

Although Solaris Audio supports several soundcards, Java Sound always only uses the default card, and it is impossible to use multiple channels at once.

This RFE is the equivalent to DirectSound support on Windows, and ALSA support on Linux.
