Description
The old JAWS icon is not updated with new icon on Win2k and WinNT platforms after installation 1.4.2_02 version on existing 1.4.2 fcs.

Steps to reproduce:
Install 1.4.2 (fcs) jre version on Win2k/WinNT from /net/koori.sfbay/p/jdk01/jdk/1.4.2/fcs/b28/bundles/windows-i586
Check that old JAWS icon is displayed on the desktop
Install 1.4.2_02 jre version from /net/koori.sfbay/p/v10/jdk/1.4.2_02/ea/b01/bundles/windows-i586
Check that old JAWS icon is not updated to new icon.

The old JAWS icon has been updated to new icon on Win2003 and WinXP
