Description
Steps to reproduce:
1.On mercury_05, launch mozilla1.4 using jre1.4.2_01_b02.
2.Open http://baseman.prc/bugs/bugtraq/4806274/4806274.html
3.Type some characters in name field, some times, can't usr Tab to locate next field.
