Description
Jean-Michel Muller et al. have computed various worst case rounding tests for common trascendental functions (sin, cos, tan, exp, etc.).  A listing is available from 

http://www.ens-lyon.fr/~jmmuller/TMD.html

These values should be included as part of the math library regression tests.
