Description
The message "Creating jar files" is displayed during the installation when we unpack the jar files. On slow systems it can take a really long time. It would be better if we said something like:

"Finishing installation, please wait. This may take several minutes."

The testcase for this bug is to run the jre and sdk installers and make sure it says "Finishing installation, please wait. This may take several minutes." instead of "Creating Jar Files, please wait.". This is for windows only.
