Description

Name: fb126949 Date: 03/23/2003

When flushing a TargetDataLine on Windows, the hardware buffer is not cleared: capturing the next time from this target data line will first provide old audio data.

In the implementation, the corresponding function is empty. It is implemented on Linux and Solaris.
