Description
Two changes need to be made to the currency data in java.util:
- Afghanistan replaced its currency with a new Afghani, code AFN.
- East Timor changed its name to Timor-Leste, its country code to TL, and its currency code to USD.

EVALUATION I'm removed the 'verified' substatus because the bug should be verified in 1.4.2_10 (and fails) but it's should be fixed in tiger (and pass). So I am not sure about substatus.
