Description
JRE autodownload wasn't working because of a recent change to JNLPClassLoader
that prevented loading com.sun.javaws.* classes by the classloader.  The change
was made due to a JRE change that broke our classloading in a different way. 
The offending change has been backed out of the JRE, so I'm removing the
problematic workaround code from javaws as well.
