Description
On Solaris 8 w/ Netscap 4.79 running a JNLP app whose JNLP file does not contain
a href, causes a nonfatal exception to be thrown. We should be swallowing the
nonfatal exception coming out of getCachedLaunchFile because no cached launch
file exists.
