Description
The UI team is preparing a new default splash screen for use in java web start.
They woul;d also like us to modify our customized splash screens to:
1.) remove Sun branding that was old style of sun colors.
2.) bring customized splash screens into closer alighment both the default splash screen, and the download window itself.
