Description
Switching language using ALT+Shift does not work on WinXP when the language bar
is not minimised. It works fine if the Language Bar is minimised. This works
fine on Win 2000.

EVALUATION This problem is not reproducible after applying the Service Pack 1 for XP. Looks like a Windows' bug. ###@###.### 2002-11-05
