Description
On a clean windows machine, at the finial step of installing JRE 1.3.0_02,
JRE is requesting a reboot of the machine.
If we don't reboot immediately, application could not be launched and
installation is a failure.
If we reboot immediately, JWS won't pick up that JRE 1.3.0_02 after reboot.

User has to visit the link and reinstall the JRE for the second time
(this time there is no reboot) to launch the application. (This could
be a workaround, but will significantly confuse user.)

EVALUATION fix for next rev ###@###.### 2002-01-17 We no longer bundle the JRE into jaws, we now bundle jaws into the JRE, which will fix this bug. The JRE will ask for a reboot the normal way, if it needs one. ###@###.### 2002-07-23
