When doing some work with the JSpinner, I noticed that it does not seem to fit
in appropriately with other components with respect to look and feel.

Currently, some of the problems are:
JSpinner is givin a lowered bevel border in all look and feels. This doesn't
seem to go with Metal since our text fields don't use bevelled borders. It also
doesn't go with Windows or Motif because the textfield already has a border,
thus the border is doubled.

The spinner buttons are raised in every look and feel. This does not seem to
go with Metal since metal buttons are not raised.

I have spoken with the L&F team and we believe that the L&F for JSpinner should
be modified in all three L&Fs (Windows, Motif, Metal).
