Description
Name: wl91122			Date: 06/10/99


In the specification of the manifest it states that multiple headers with the same
name in the same section are ignored. The last one wins. However, in the spec
for extensions it specifies that multiple Class-Path headers will be combined.

I prefer the possibility of combining headers (makes generation easier).
