Description
For java.util.spi.* and java.text.spi.*, java.awt.im.InputMethodDescriptor, these SPIs provide a means to extend the default system implementation. It is specified to be loaded from the installed extension only. This issue is to consider supporting loading of the providers for these SPIs with the application class loader
