Description
Add an option that allows you to set the heading in the upper left
frame independently of the one in the upper right frame, such as:

  -headeroverviewframe or -overviewframeheader
or
  -headerpackagesframe or -packagesframeheader

This would make it possible to add a search field to the upper left frame
that's different from a search field in the upper right corner of the
main frame.

For backward compatibility, if omitted, it should use the same value
as -header.

Added -packagesheader to mantis. Will not document until tiger.

Regression test is at <ws>/test/com/sun/javadoc/PackagesHeader/PackagesHeader.java

EVALUATION

Important for search fields.
###@###.### 2002-10-21

Consider the name -sideheader or -frameheader.
###@###.### 2002-11-05

 Working name:
   -packagesframeheader (Clearest, most descriptive)

 Possible names:
-overviewheader (The file for the upper-left frame is overview-frame.html)
   -overviewframeheader

-packagesheader (The upper left frame shows the list of packages)
   -frameheader
   -listheader
   -packagelistheader

-sideheader (The header is off to the side)
   -sideframeheader
   -upperleftheader

-packagenavheader (You can think of the left frames as navigation frames)
   -navheader

Jamie liked these:

> -packagesheader (The upper left frame shows the list of packages)
> -frameheader
> -listheader
> -packagelistheader

-packagelistheader conflicts somewhat with the unrelated file "package-list".
Alan and Josh also like -packagesheader, so we'll go with that.
