EVALUATION This bug (4249401) was incorrectly closed as a duplicate. It's not. However, this is not a bug -- we chose to use uppercase B on purpose, and this will not be changed. I'd like to reopen this and close out as "will not fix", however bugtraq won't let me do that. jeff.dinkins@Eng 1999-09-28
