This is really on all platforms.  There is currently no way to create
a main/frame window without decorations.  There are a number
of solutions to this, the easiest being to provide a manifest constant or method in Runtime the allows retrieval of the Desktop window.  That could then be passed as the parent to the Window() constructor.  Other ways are more complicated ...
