Description
When switch a Java application to fullscreen mode using the button provided by operating system there's an empty rectangle at the top - at the same location where the menu bar was before switching to full screen.

Yes, the empty space above the toolbar area is the reported problem.

Defer request: This issue is not a regression for macosx openjdk. The impact is not significant. When the fix will be provided we improve visual representation. But this issue could be deferred for jfk 7u10.

This issue is Mac specific and was reproducible from the introduction of MacOS support in 7u4. NetBeans bug #216596 is P3 and not a blocker. We should defer it to later releases when we have cycles to fix it.
