Description
CR 7175605 addressed the high priority user preference settings from the JCP "Update" tab including the update schedule and frequency and AU enabled.  This CR is addressing a second tier of settings for "System Tray Icon" and "Next Generation Plugin", among others not on the "Update" tab.
