uninstall javaFX 2.0
now JCP cannot be invoked from windows COntrol Panel - error message:
System cannot find the specified file:
C:\program files\Oracle\JavaFX Runtime 2.0\bin\javacpl.exe

clearly unregistration of FX did not restor JDK7
