JDK-6714188 - JRE/JDK installer required disk space should be calculated at build time
Description
This is hard to reproduce. 

I tried to do a clean installtion on one of the Windows XP (pro,SP2) machine. 
While installation of JDK, I could see there is a error dialog popping up. On click of OK, the rolback operation started which took a long time (may be more than half an hour). 


Build Location : http://jre.sfbay.sun.com/java/re/jdk/6u13/promoted/plus/b92/bundles/windows-i586/
As I mentioned before, this is hard to reproduce. 
I am unable to reproduce this issue again in the same machine and unfortunately, I lost the java_install.log file.

The serious issue I would like to highlight here, during that particular install operation, the rollback time was around 1 hour and there was no cancel buttom in that install window so the user had no option to escape from it.

EVALUATION We need %TEMP%/java_install.log from a machine that this is reproducible on. Also, it would be great if it can be reproduced with the /L setup.log MSI logging turned on. .exe /L setup.log
