In Vista, user cannot uncheck the box to disable Java Plugin for Internet Explorer (IE) because the checkbox item in Java Control Panel (JCP) is disabled.

To reproduce:
- On Vista, open JCP.
- Select "Advanced" tab.
- Expand the "Default Java for Browsers" item.
- Item: "Microsoft Internet Explorer" is disabled.
