Description
This bug is created to backout our previous bug fix: 6432317: Vista: Java Plugin won't be able to launch extension installers. Which is fixed in B92 Mustang. The previous bug is for Window Vista, but with new Vista build 5456, it has change the behavior, now user will give a dialog box to choose and run java.exe outside IE browser, our changes in bug 6432317 is misleading, so we decide to back it out.
