Description
A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
It would be really nice to have a way to defer updates to an application. When a user is connected to a server over a low bandwidth then he/she might want to defer an update and do their work with the existing application. A configuration option in the .jnlp file would be nice. It could be something like </showupdatedialog>. When the option is specified the user will be asked if he/she wants to download. By default it won't show any dialog and start the update.

JUSTIFICATION :
As described above it would very useful for users connected over a low bandwidth. The scenario which I am talking of involves a lot users who want to use the application when they are moving around. So they could stop at a starbucks and upload important data quickly rather than downloading software updates.
