  Resize browser window so browser window overlaps applet window.
  Resize it back. Note, that some of applet background corrupted
  by window decor.

EVALUATION There has been a fix implemeted for the problem. I tried the applet from the description and was not able to reproduce the problem with build 88. Please let me know if you are still seeing the problem. ###@###.### 2001-12-05 I found that there is still a problem with repaint in certain cases and filed an awt bug #4587558. Closing this bug as a duplicate of an awt bug. Current fix for repaint from awt seems to work fine with applet mentioned in the description for this bug. ###@###.### 2001-12-10
