JDK-4031440 - FileDialog doesn't call FilenameFilter.accept()
Description
Create a File Dialog and set the filter using setFilenameFilter().  Nothing happens.  I don't know if this is a Solaris only bug or not, but that is where I found it.  HotJava would like to be able to filter file dialogs for our users, but can't.
