Description
According to javadoc MethodHandleAccessProvider.resolveLinkToTarget(JavaConstant) returns ResolvedJAvaMethod or null. However, current implementation throws NPE in case of null argument and IllegalArgumentException in case of non-MethodHandle argument. Method or javadoc should be modified to match each other.
