Description
To ease the plight of testers and release engineers, it has been decided to put the bits for the Java DB testing jars into the JDK source repo. Whenever a new release of Java DB is put back to the repo, the testing bits will follow also. This will avoid the issue of the testers or release engineers picking the wrong version of the testing bits from the Apache repo (version skew). These testing bits are *not* used by the build, and hence not part of the JDK image, though. This issue tracks putting back the Java DB 10.8.3 testing jars into the JDK 7 update repo. (In newer JDKs, this is not necessary since we there use the bits directly from the Apache repo which already contains the testing bits. For 10.8.3 in JDK 7 we still used the specially crafted zip files for Java DB, which has since been discontinued.)
