Description
TimeZoneNames_*.java need to be updated using l10n properties files which were pushed as JDK-8025215.
Comments
The fix affects jdk5.0. SQE would perefer do not have one more jdk5.0u75 CPSU14_04 build just because of this bug fix.

Also, the test needs to be added to check how the JDK tz names corresponds to the TimeZoneNames.properties.

This bug will require an addition of generic names to all localized time zone names in "TimeZoneNames_*.java" files.
