ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When Java Web start try to check certificate revocation for signed java application, try to connect to trust signer site (es: verisign) without the proxy settings in the control panel.

This generates lots of wating and a big time to start application




REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Workaround: disable revocation check in control panel
