We understand that it would be optimal if these tests where added. However, we have pasted both FC and ZBB and these tests have not yet been reviewed. They can not be checked in before being reviewed and time is running out here. These tests can still be run manually, even if we do not check the binaries into the product, and a few tests have been checked in already. Since these tests are yet to be reviewed they will not make it to 7u40, deferring to 7u60.
