Description
Dynamic change of the display parameters isn't implemented in LWWindowPeer/CGraphicsEnvironment.
This is a problem because we use displayID(native pointer) in the different places and if the list of devices isn't updated when necessary we get undefined behavior(because some methods could survive this and some methods could crash).
