Description
The JDK7 Clock demo does not have the circle around the clock. It does not look like the clock the demo intends to show.

Test Configuration

    * OS: iMac 11.2 Mack OS X 10.7.2 - Intel Core i3
    * jdk build: jdk7-mac/ b222, b223
    * Clock demo applet

Steps to reproduce
------------------
0)  Getting b223
1) Compiling /demos/applets/Clock/*.java
2) Invoke the SpreadSheet demo as
appletviewer /demos/applets/Clock/example1.html

If you don't see the circle around the clock then the issue is reproducible
The issue has been a regression in b233, b222. See the atatched expected and defect screenshots for details
