create a tmp file called /tmp/cr and insert the copyright text ;

after copying in the new tzdata files to jdk/make/sun/javazic/tzdata simply run this command :
for i in `ls`; do cat /tmp/cr | cat - $i > /tmp/myfile && mv /tmp/myfile $i; done
