Description
Java Web Start application launch time degraded considerably
especially if a lot of additional resources files are contained
in jar files besides class files.

Comments
EVALUATION Problem should be resolved or much less noticeable after fixes for 7099086 (jar index part) and 7162188 (better sharing of jar file instances).

EVALUATION Note that the jars are signed and 2000 resource files still have to go through the same signature verifcation as class files. However, already cached jars should not go through the verification.
